Dan Rather is finally, after inflicting us for 24 long years with his liberal biased drivel, is leaving the broadcast seat of CBS. Walter Cronkite, the man Dan Rather replaced 24 yrs ago, stated that Rather should have made his exit sooner.
Dan Rather made himself infamous with the famed "Memogate" report about President Bush's National Guard service that proved to be fraudulent and also proved to this writer beyond a shadow of a doubt, that he (Rather) was biased in his reporting about the Presidential Campaign.
Claiming that he is retiring after all these years, Rather I believe, knows that this may be possibly the only way he can regain any integrity at all. As if! Madonna has more chance of regaining her virginity then Dan Rather has any chance of regaining any integrity.
I must say that I will not miss the voice of Dan Rather reporting "news" for CBS anymore. Good Riddance to ya Danno. Don't let the door hit ya in the a$& on the way out.
