I was reading about the Pope's funeral in an article on NewsMax.com and saw something that perplexed and even irritated the hell out of me.
All of the foreign dignitaries that attended the funeral were seated alphabetically according to the name of their respective country in French, the "language of diplomacy".
Knowing what I know about the French having read the book, "Our Oldest Enemy", written by John J. Miller and Mark Molesky which details the TRUE NATURE AND HISTORY of the relationship between America and France I can only ask how french is the language of diplomacy?
How is diplomacy defined by the French? Well let's examine a little history here. Can you say "SURRENDER" or "I GIVE UP!"? How does one say these phrases in the language of diplomacy?
When our President, George W. Bush was looking to go to war against the dictators, tyrants and terrorists who had already murdered THOUSANDS of Americans in the attack on September 11, 2001 and were at work plotting future attacks against the U.S., Chirac was busy doing everything in his power, in the "language of diplomacy" to thwart the efforts of our President in securing our safety.
Let's not forget that in the "language of diplomacy", the French bullied and insulted other countries that were coming to the aid of the United States. A French "intelectual" named Jean Beaudrillard even stated at one time after 9/11, . “How all the world without exception dreamt of this event, for no one can avoid dreaming of the destruction of a power that has become hegemonic. . . . It is they who acted, but we who wanted the deed.”
One of histories cruelest and most reprehesible dictators and tryants lived in and was educated in the country of France with the "language of diplomacy". Cambodian dictator and the person who led the murder and destruction of over a million people, most for the simple reason of being educated or able to read, Pol Pot,1949 - Pol Pot wins a government scholarship to study radio electronics in Paris. He fails to obtain a degree but becomes enthralled by writings on Marxism and revolutionary socialism, and joined the French Communist Party.
France only believes in diplomacy if it suits there needs or purpose, other then that, they could give a flying hemmroid about anyone else.
The "language of diplomacy" was used to placate Saddam Hussein for some time by the French for their sole purpose of Iraqi oil and monetary kickbacks from the "Oil For Food" program operated by another problomatic entity and thorn in the side of the U.S., The United Nations.
The "language of diplomacy" being French is just so laughable by this author. If it were up to me, that language would be replaced by the sound of a F-117 flying overhead or an American M-16 pumping a few rounds into an arab terrorist or two. Now that's diplomacy. Remember that an armed society is a polite society, making the sound of the slide action of a Sig Sauer P228 or that of a Smith and Wesson slamming a round into the chamber the TRUE LANGUAGE of DIPLOMACY. In the mean time I would like to offer up some good ole fashioned American diplomatic language. Perhaps flipping a middle finger or two, a boot in the ass and in the words of the Gonzo Azz Kickin, guitar playing, buck guttin son of a bitch Ted "By G-d" Nugent, "KISS MY ASS!" Now that is the language of diplomacy!

HISTORY AND KINDNESS DO MIX!
This little story actually came from my wife. It just goes to show that you should be kind to EVERYONE you meet, you never know that someday Hashem may reward you for your kindness.
His name was Fleming, and he was a poor Scottish farmer. One day, while trying to make a living for his family, he heard a cry for help coming from a nearby bog. He dropped his tools and ran to the bog.
There, mired to his waist in black muck, was a terrified boy, screaming and struggling to free himself. Farmer Fleming saved the lad from what could have been a slow and terrifying death.
The next day, a fancy carriage pulled up to the Scottsman's sparse surroundings. An elegantly dressed nobleman stepped out and introduced himself as the father of the boy Farmer Fleming had saved.
"I want to repay you," said the nobleman. "You saved my son's life."
"No, I can't accept payment for what I did," the Scottish farmer replied waving off the offer. At that moment, the farmer's own son came to the door of the family hovel.
"Is that your son?" the nobleman asked.
"Yes," the farmer replied proudly.
"I'll make you a deal. Let me provide him with the level of education my own son will enjoy. If the lad is anything like his father, he'll no doubt grow to be a man we both will be proud of." And that he did.
Farmer Fleming's son attended the very best schools and in time, graduated from St. Mary's Hospital Medical School in London, and went on to become known throughout the world as the noted Sir Alexander Fleming, the discoverer of Penicillin.
Years afterward, the same nobleman's son who was saved from the bog was stricken with pneumonia.
What saved his life this time? Penicillin.
The name of the nobleman? Lord Randolph Churchill. His son's name?
Sir Winston Churchill.

Gun-toting granny Ava Estelle, 81, was so ticked-off when two thugs raped her 18-year-old granddaughter that she tracked the unsuspecting ex-cons down - - and shot off their testicles.
The old lady spent a week hunting those men down -- and when she found them, she took revenge on them in her own special way, said Melbourne police investigator Evan Delp. Then she took a taxi to the nearest police station, laid the gun on the sergeant's desk and told him as calm as could be:
'Those bastards will never rape anybody again, by God.' Cops say convicted rapist and robber Davis Furth, 33, lost both his penis and his testicles when outraged Ava opened fire with a 9-mm pistol in the hotel room where he and former prison cellmate Stanley Thomas, 29, were holed up.
The wrinkled avenger also blew Thomas' testicles to kingdom come, but doctors managed to save his mangled penis, police said. The one guy, Thomas, didn't lose his manhood, but the doctor I talked to said he won't be using it the way he used to, Detective Delp told reporters. Both men are still in pretty bad shape, but I think they're just happy to be alive after what they've been through.

"And I wasn't scared of them, either-- because I've got me a gun and I've been shootin' all my life. And I wasn't dumb enough to turn it in when the law changed about owning one."
So, using a police artist's sketch of the suspects and Debbie's description of the sickos', tough-as-nails Ava spent seven days prowling the wino-infested neighborhood where the crime took place till she spotted the ill fated rapists entering their flophouse hotel.
I knew it was them the minute I saw 'em, but I shot a picture of 'em anyway and took it back to Debbie and she said sure as hell, it was them, the oldster recalled.
So I went back to that hotel and found their room and knocked on the door and the minute the big one, Furth, opened the door, I shot 'em right square between the legs, right where it would really hurt 'em most, you know.
Then I went in and shot the other one as he backed up pleading to me to spare him. Then I went down to the police station and turned myself in.
Now, baffled lawmen are trying to figure out exactly how to deal with the vigilante granny. What she did was wrong, and she broke the law, but it is difficult to throw an 81-year-old woman in prison, Det. Delp said, especially when 3 million people in the city want to nominate her for sainthood and a medal.

FRIDAY UPDATE
Just a couple of things to weigh in on before the start of what I hope will be a nice weekend.
I am really surprised that the Rev. Jesse Jackson did not make an appearance at the Pope's funeral this week, what with all of the lights, cameras and microphones there. As is the case most of the time, when you find that mixture of people and media, Jesse will be waiting to crawl out from under his slimy rock to shoot off his big mouth on some liberal issue that will make him richer. Money that usually comes from the pockets of stupid, gullable people who buy into his rhetoric of hate.
Yesterday, it was reported that some illeagle aliens were being held against their will by some of the patriotic Americans who have taken it upon themselves to protect our borders. Once again the liberal media was wrong.
"The county attorney's office reviewed all available evidence, that indicates that there was no forcible detention, therefore the case is not substantiated, and no charges are pending," said Carol Capas, a spokeswoman for the Cochise County Sheriff's Department.
Although I laughed my ass off when I read that one of the illegals had posed with a t-shirt reading, "Bryan Barton caught an illegal alien and all I got was this T-shirt." Bryan, my hat's off to you. Mazel Tov!
One more thing: I am really pissed off this week about what I have to pay for a gallon of gas. Someone told me, "In Europe, they pay up too six dollars for a gallon of gas." I'm sorry, I do not give a flying hemrhoid about what the schmucks in Europe are paying for gas.
A note to the President. Let's start pumpin some of that oil in Iraq over here. Screw those Shiite headed bastards in Saudi. Time to do something about this. Make France pay out of their asses for the oil and cut the price for us here in the United States. If the French don't wanna pay...Then they can get their oil from the Chinese or any other one of their Communist dictator buddies. Time to start thinkin about us here in America....In the words of Larry the Cable Guy: "Mr. President, GIT ER DONE!!!"

As you all know, the defeat of Iraq regime has been completed. Since congress does not want to spend any more money on this war, our mission in Iraq is complete.
This morning I gave the order for a complete removal of all American forces from Iraq. This action will be complete within 30 days. It is now time to begin the reckoning.
Before me, I have two lists. One list contains the names of countries which have stood by our side during the Iraq conflict.
This list is short. The United Kingdom, Spain, Bulgaria, Australia, and Poland are some of the countries listed there.
The other list contains everyone not on the first list. Most of the world's nations are on that list. My press secretary will be distributing copies of both lists later this evening.
Let me start by saying that effective immediately, foreign aid to those nations on List 2 ceases immediately and indefinitely. The money saved during the first year alone will pretty much pay for the costs of the Iraqi war.
The American people are no longer going to pour money into third world Hell-holes and watch those government leaders grow fat on corruption.
Need help with a famine? Wrestling with an epidemic?
Call France.
In the future, together with Congress, I will work to redirect this money toward solving the vexing social problems we still have at home. On that note, a word to terrorist organizations. Screw with us and we will hunt you down and eliminate you and all your friends from the face of the earth.
Thirsting for a gutsy country to terrorize? Try France, or maybe China.
To Israel and the Palestinian Authority. Yo, boys.
Work out a peace deal now. Just note that Camp David is closed. Maybe all of you can go to Russia for negotiations. They have some great palaces there. Big tables, too. I am ordering the immediate severing of diplomatic relations with France, Germany, and Russia. Thanks for all your help, comrades. We are retiring from NATO as well. Bon chance, mes amis. I have instructed the Mayor of New York City to begin towing the many UN diplomatic vehicles located in Manhattan with more than two unpaid parking tickets to sites where those vehicles will be stripped, shredded and crushed. I don't care about whatever treaty pertains to this. You creeps have tens of thousands of unpaid tickets. Pay those tickets tomorrow or watch your precious Benzes, Beamers, and limos be turned over to some of the finest chop shops in the world.&n

MEMORY AND IDENTITY-THE POPE'S NEW BOOK
In his most candid writings yet, John Paul II's "Memory and Identity, Conversations at the Dawn of a Millenniums" tackles hot button issues such as abortion and same-sex marriage, and fearlessly makes the case for his Church's positions.
Written in a question-and-answer format, the book is said to be a must-read not only for Catholics, but also for Christians concerned about the direction Western society is heading.
"Memory and Identity" has already set off a heated controversy in Germany and among Jewish groups after it was revealed that the Pope compares abortion to the Nazi Holocaust. In Germany, for example, a leader of the country's Central Council of Jews called the comparison "unacceptable."
In this book the Pope:
Recalls his near-death memories after the attempt on his life, and compares abortion to the Holocaust.
Denounces gay marriages as part of "a new ideology of evil." He argues that same-sex marriages threaten society by undermining the traditional family.
Takes another swing at gay marriages when he refers to "pressures" on the European Parliament to allow them. "It is legitimate and necessary to ask oneself if this is not perhaps part of a new ideology of evil, perhaps more insidious and hidden, which attempts to pit human rights against the family and against man," he writes.
Calls abortion "legal extermination" comparable to attempts to wipe out Jews and other groups in the 20th century. The Pope openly talks about the Nazi attempt to exterminate Jews and the wholesale slaughter of political opponents by Communist regimes after World War II.
Writes about Turkish gunman Mehmet Ali Agca, who shot and nearly killed him in St. Peter's Square on May 13, 1981. The Pope believes the gunman did not act alone, suggesting that the former Soviet Communist Bloc was probably behind the plot. The Pope says that the assassination attempt was not the gunman's initiative: "Someone else masterminded it and someone else commissioned it."
Posits a connection between the assassination attempt and "the last convulsion" of the ideologies of the 20th century - a clear reference to the Communist bloc.
Warns that new evils as bad the Nazis and Communism are rising, and claims that legally elected parliaments in formerly totalitarian countries are today allowing what he calls "new forms of evil" and new exterminations.
"There is still, however, a legal extermination of human beings who have been conceived but not yet born," he writes. "And this time we are talking about an extermination which has been allowed by nothing less than democratically elected parliaments where one normally hears appeals for the civil progress of society and all humanity," he writes.
At a news conference introducing the Pope's new book, Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, the Vatican's top doctrinal official, explained the Pope's comparison of abortion and the Holocaust by noting that the Pope was warning that evil lurked everywhere, "even in liberal political systems."
"Memory and Identity" is based on the Pope's conversations with philosopher friends in 1993 and later with some of his aides.
"Pope John Paul II reveals his personal thoughts in a truly historic document," Orion writes. "The world's greatest communicator offers a moving insight into his intellectual and spiritual journey and pastoral experience."

JIMMY CARTER NOT INVITED TO BE PART OF THE AMERICAN DELEGATION TO THE POPES' FUNERAL
Former President Jimmy Carter is feeling the sting of being the biggest flop of a leader in the history of the United States and the free world.
Former President Carter, was snubbed by the Bush Administration in being part of the delegation from the United States attending the Popes' funeral on friday. Reports have it that he was told that the Vatican requested that only 5 people be part of the delegation. Another report is that he was told that no former Presidents would be attending the funeral. Either way you have it, once again the schmuck has been put out where he belongs....On the outside looking in.
Former failed President Carter has called President Bush a war criminal, he has criticized every move the President has made, sucked up to dictators and despots and his feeling get hurt when he is refused...."WELL, EXCUUUUUSE MEEEEEEEEEE!"
The guy is good at building houses....END OF STORY! If he would have just stuck with that, but his shrill partisanship and his close to treasonous interference in foreign affairs has made me look at the Peanut Man as more then just a schmuck who was a pussy. I think that much like another failed President, Bill "BJ" Clinton, Jimmy Carter is trying to rewrite his legacy. A legacy of turning his back on one of our allies in the Middle East, Iran in 1978, making our military weak and trying to convince Americans and those in other countries that we were not a strong nation anymore.
Find it odd as it might be. I would like to chime in and offer some words of wisdom on Jimmy Carter. He is a disgrace, a genuine traitor, and just a plain ole pussyfied media whore scumbag with a hemmoroidal twist! Jimmy Carter has sung the praises of fellow scumbags such as the communist Cuban Dictator Fidel Castro, Terrorist leader and mass murderer Yassir Arafat, Communist Romanian Dictator Nicolai Ceaucescu, and the lunatic Communist Dictator Kim Jung from North Korea.
I wish that I could find more words to describe what a vile, reprehensible outhouse rat that I think Jimmy Carter is. In the meantime I offer some words of wisdom to the failed president Carter: "Drink some Billy Beer and go build a house Jimbo, your not going to represent the United States at the Popes' funeral!"

POPE JOHN PAUL II: A JEWISH PERSPECTIVE

As a Jewish community, we extend our condolences to the Catholic
faithful around the world on the loss of Pope John Paul II. Though some
in the Jewish community have criticized him for not being strong enough
in condemning past actions of the Church during the Shoah, most in the
Jewish community acknowledge that he has used the high power of his
office to sanctify God's name by devoting more time and attention to
repairing the Church's relationship with their "older brothers" than
any
other Pope in history. Below is a reflection by Rabbi Gilbert S.
Rosenthal, director of The National Council of Synagogues:
The passing of Pope John Paul II triggers a flood of reflections
and observations among Jews as well as Catholics and with good reason.
A
distinguished Catholic scholar friend observed to me some years ago
that
when the papacy of John Paul II is evaluated by scholars, they will
conclude that perhaps his greatest achievement was his repairing
relations with the Jewish people. No other pope in history has devoted
so much time and attention to Jews, whom he described as "our elder
brother," and Judaism as the late and lamented John Paul II.
Undoubtedly, that is the result of his unique background. Karol
Wojtyla, as he was then known, grew up in the Polish town of Wadowice
whose population of 10,000 included 2,000 Jews. He lived with them,
knew
them well, played soccer with them. Indeed. I had lunch with one of his
close soccer buddies who had survived the Holocaust and was fascinated
by his observations and reminisces of his old friend. The future pope
knew the Holocaust first hand as he watched his friends and neighbors
disappear into the maw of the death machine that wiped out 6-million
Jews.
When he ascended the throne of the papacy in 1978, one of his
priorities was to continue the work of building a new relationship with
Jews begun by Pope John XXIII at Vatican Council II and carried on by
Pope Paul VI. Clearly he was determined to turn a new page in
Catholic-Jewish relations, to rectify some of the wrongs, to expunge
the
teaching of contempt from Catholic doctrines and catechisms, and to
chart a new course for the two siblings. One of his first foreign
visits
was to Auschwitz in 1979 where he prayed for the victims of the Nazi
Holocaust and begged forgiveness for Christianity's role in that
tragedy. In 1986, he become the first pope ever (so far as we know) to
visit a synagogue-the great synagogue in Rome where he and the Chief
Rabbi sat together before the Holy Ark containing the Torah and chatted
amiably. He denounced anti-Semitism as "a sin against God and
humanity,"
calling for "the purification of memory" and insisting that Christians
must perform "teshuvah-repentance" for the 19- centuries of hatred that
prepared the soil for the Holocaust. The Holocaust memorial concert he
convened in the Vatican in 1994 with the Krakow Philharmonic conducted
by Maestro Gilbert Levine was particularly memorable in this regard.
A series of important papers and documents was issued in the wake
of Pope John Paul II's initiative. These documents were designed to
clarify and amplify the revolutionary teachings of Nostra Aetate part
4,
the landmark statement on relations with the Jews issued by the Second
Vatican Council in October of 1975. They include statements on how to
implement the teachings of Vatican II on the Jews (1974), notes on the
correct way of teaching and preaching about Judaism (1985), reflections
on the Shoah (Holocaust) (1998), and the place of the Sacred Scriptures
of the Jewish people in the Christian Bible (2002). In December 1993,
the Vatican extended official diplomatic recognition to the State of
Israel. In explaining his reason for this diplomatic initiative, the
Pope stated, "It must be understood that Jews, who for 2,000 years,
were
dispersed among the nations of the world have decided to return to the
land of their ancestors. This is their right."
Perhaps the most dramatic evidence of Pope John Paul II's concern
for the Jewish people came in 2000 with his memorable visit to Israel.
He paid homage to the victims of the Holocaust at Yad Vashem, begging
forgiveness for the indifference or complicity of so many Christians in
that tragedy. Then he went to the Western Wall, the holiest site of
Judaism, the remnant of the outer wall that ringed Jerusalem's Temple,
destroyed by the Romans in 70 C.E., and inserted a note in a crevice in
the Wall which stated, "God of our fathers, You chose Abraham and his
descendants to bring Your name to the nations. We are deeply saddened
by
the behavior of those who, in he course of history, have caused these
children of Yours to suffer, and asking your forgiveness, we wish to
commit ourselves to genuine brotherhood with the people of the
covenant."
Somehow, he always found time in his impossible schedule to meet
Jewish leaders and rabbis whether it was Israel's Chief Rabbi Lau in
1993 or a group of American Jews just a few weeks ago. I had the
privilege of meeting with him in New York in October 1995 in an
intimate
gathering at the residence of the late Cardinal John O'Connor. It was
an
unforgettably poignant moment.
Unquestionably, the long pontificate of John Paul II has bequeathed
many legacies to Catholics and non-Catholics alike. But the one that
will stand out in my mind forever, and with good reason, was his
sincere
and passionate campaign to undo the many centuries of hatred and
suspicion that marked Catholic-Jewish relations and his dogged
determination that we must enter a new era of mutual respect, dialogue
and trust. He summarized his views in these words: "As Christians and
Jews, following the example of the faith of Abraham, we are called to
be
a blessing for the world. This is the common task awaiting us. It is
therefore necessary for us Christians and Jews, to be first a blessing
to one another." May his memory be an eternal blessing.

WEEKEND UPDATE
For all of those people who have forgotten that we are still fighting a war; We're still kickin their asses all over the desert.
For the past couple of weeks I have been into the whole murder of Terri Schiavo by her husband and Florida Judge George Greer. That, and the Pope dying and all, has kind of distracted alot of us away from the fact that we are still fighting a war in Iraq and Afghanistan and of course the liberals don't want you to know that the unemployment rate in the United States FELL to 5.2% last month or that over 100,000 jobs were created.

POPE JOHN PAUL II HAS DIED
Pope John Paul II died this afternoon from a long illness that has plagued him for some time now.
The Pope will forever be remembered by the Jewish people for his tireless efforts improving relations between Catholics and Jews; and trying to heal some of the wounds from the Holocaust when thousands of people, Catholics included, turned their heads to the destruction of the Jewish people under Adolph Hitler.
Most memorable would be Pope Pius XI who forced many Jewish children to convert to Catholicism and ordered Catholic families not to return these children to their parents at the conclusion of the war. Pope John Paul II beatified this pope in his quest to obtain sainthood for the war time pope.
Pope John Paul II will be remembered by this writer as a true friend to the Jewish people of the world.
Perhaps the most public and well-known example of John Paul’s efforts to improve relations between Catholicism and Judaism was his March, 2000 ceremony in St. Peter’s where he publicly pleaded for pardon and forgiveness from God for the transgressions of Catholics in the past. He took personal responsibility for what had occurred at the hands of “sons and daughters of the Church” and acknowledged that Jews in the past had suffered grievous wrongs not merely by Christians, but also in the name of Christianity.
Although few could deny the responsibility of the Catholic Church for so many “sins” against the Jews, there were those who objected to such public contrition. Other “mea culpas” would follow on various issues and this would only lead to further criticisms. Despite such rhetoric, though, John Paul’s actions have largely pleased traditionalists and conservatives of the Church — for example, the efforts to have Pope Pius XII canonized.
John Paul has called on the worldwide Catholic community to reckon with its 2,000 years of history and to look toward a more meaningful understanding of Judaism and the Jewish people in God's design.
The Pope has recognized the special relationship between Christianity and the Jewish people, a central theme of Nostra Aetate, and a major theme of his own reflections on that historic document.
In his exceptional writings and pronouncements, Pope John Paul II has shared his understanding of Judaism as a living heritage, of the permanent validity of God's covenant with the Jewish people and of the abhorrent sin that is anti-Semitism.

FLORIDA LAW REQUIRES AN AUTOPSY BEFORE CREMATION OCCURS.
Michael Schiavo is not the saint that the media is making him out to be by reporting that he allowed an autopsy on the wife that he and Judge George Greer had murdered.
By making the decision to have her cremated after he had her killed, an autopsy is required by law in the state of Florida! So, contrary to reports making him out to be playing nice with the parents of Terri Schindler Schiavo, he is actually doing what is required by law. Nothing more, nothing less. He is not the NICE guy that the media made him out to be.
And just so any of my liberal critics don't say I'm blowing smoke out of my ass, here is the proof.
For anyone who doubts, below is the pertinent part of Florida Code 406.11(1)(c):
406.11 Examinations, investigations, and autopsies
(1) In any of the following circumstances involving the death of a human being, the medical examiner of the district in which the death occurred or the body was found shall determine the cause of death and shall, for that purpose, make or have performed such examinations, investigations, and autopsies as he or she shall deem necessary or as shall be requested by the state attorney:

Inspite of leading questions, Gupta reiterated several times and made a point of emphasizing that no definitive state can be determined from an autopsy of the brain. Gupta stated several times that he had seen cases where the brain scan looked similar to Terri’s and the person was very functional. He had seen other scans that looked almost normal and the patient was without any function.

Suicide and Euthanasia”. His section addresses the issue of “the
physician’s role in killing and the intentional withdrawal of

Cranford examined Terri Schiavo one time for 45 minutes. It was his testimony and medical opinion on which Judge Greer based his entire “finding of fact”.
Admitted on CNN, March 30, 2005 that he had misdiagnosed at least one case of “permanent vegetative state” (PVS) in the case of Sergeant Mack in 1979 or 1980. He was never asked if there were others.
Cranford has been involved in numerous PVS cases as an advocate for death. Some of these are very suspect (In the case of Nancy Cruzan for example, she did not even require a feeding tube but Cranford said she should be starved insisting that food and water were considered medical treatment.) Cranford is hardly an objective medical consultant and is used frequently as a pro-death advocate. You can find it all here along with some doctors who have called the medical behavior in this case “criminal”.

Filed affidavit saying that [Everett] Rice had told her that he and [Judge George] Greer had discussed the Schiavo case at a ball game the night previous .
Filed motion requesting Greer recuse himself.
When bone scans of Terri Schiavo appeared in 2002 (having been suppressed since 1991 when they were taken) Judge Greer prevented Anderson from investigating the implications of the scan, saying they were irrelevant. The bone scans indicated severe trauma that occured no more than 18 months prior to the date of the scans. (See Dr. William Walker.)
Said on Sean Hannity interview, March 31, 2005 that EMT report on night of Terri Schiavo incident listed it as suspicious and on that basis the sheriff’s department was called to the scene by the EMT. No investigation ever occured. The person who wrote the report has left the area. Another EMT refuses to talk according to Anderson.
In same interview, Anderson said that the bone scans were requested after Terri continually expressed pain during attempts to give her physical therapy. Among the injuries discovered were a broken back near the neck, broken leg bones, broken ribs, and fractures.

Was allegedly requested to take the Schindler’s case by the attorney who represented Michael Schiavo in the malpractice lawsuit (Woodworth) in 1998.
Has serious conflicts of interest, potential ethics violations, and her apparent incompetence in the case is highly suspect. Her “mistake” might well have sealed the fate of Terri Schiavo. Find it all here.

Dr. Victor Gambone, MD, CMD, Terri Schiavo’s attending physician
from 1998-2003.
His name appeared on a paper stating Terri was PVS (permanent
vegetative state) but it was never signed by him. This was apparently
a fraudulent document.
During a 2002 medical evidentiary hearing, Dr. Victor Gambone
testified that he certified Terri as terminally ill so that she could
be placed in Woodside Hospice. When questioned under oath why, he said
it was because Michael told him to do so.

However, it states on the certificate that it is a verbal
certification, no signature. This would explain comment above. Must
be signed to be valid.
Testified before Judge Greer that Terri Schiavo was not PVS and
was aware of her surroundings.
Greer had asked Gambone to do an evaluation, but rejected his
findings.
Gambone reportedly worked for George Felos at Woodside Hospice.

Responsibilities include investigating abuse charges.

Has repeatedly refused to intervene in the allegations of the abuse of Terri Schiavo.

Inspite of leading questions, Gupta reiterated several times and made a point of emphasizing that no definitive state can be determined from an autopsy of the brain. Gupta stated several times that he had seen cases where the brain scan looked similar to Terri’s and the person was very functional. He had seen other scans that looked almost normal and the patient was without any function.

Suicide and Euthanasia”. His section addresses the issue of “the
physician’s role in killing and the intentional withdrawal of

Cranford examined Terri Schiavo one time for 45 minutes. It was his testimony and medical opinion on which Judge Greer based his entire “finding of fact”.
Admitted on CNN, March 30, 2005 that he had misdiagnosed at least one case of “permanent vegetative state” (PVS) in the case of Sergeant Mack in 1979 or 1980. He was never asked if there were others.
Cranford has been involved in numerous PVS cases as an advocate for death. Some of these are very suspect (In the case of Nancy Cruzan for example, she did not even require a feeding tube but Cranford said she should be starved insisting that food and water were considered medical treatment.) Cranford is hardly an objective medical consultant and is used frequently as a pro-death advocate. You can find it all here along with some doctors who have called the medical behavior in this case “criminal”.

Filed affidavit saying that [Everett] Rice had told her that he and [Judge George] Greer had discussed the Schiavo case at a ball game the night previous .

When bone scans of Terri Schiavo appeared in 2002 (having been suppressed since 1991 when they were taken) Judge Greer prevented Anderson from investigating the implications of the scan, saying they were irrelevant. The bone scans indicated severe trauma that occured no more than 18 months prior to the date of the scans. (See Dr. William Walker.)
Said on Sean Hannity interview, March 31, 2005 that EMT report on night of Terri Schiavo incident listed it as suspicious and on that basis the sheriff’s department was called to the scene by the EMT. No investigation ever occured. The person who wrote the report has left the area. Another EMT refuses to talk according to Anderson.
In same interview, Anderson said that the bone scans were requested after Terri continually expressed pain during attempts to give her physical therapy. Among the injuries discovered were a broken back near the neck, broken leg bones, broken ribs, and fractures.

Was allegedly requested to take the Schindler’s case by the attorney who represented Michael Schiavo in the malpractice lawsuit (Woodworth) in 1998.

Dr. Victor Gambone, MD, CMD, Terri Schiavo’s attending physician
from 1998-2003.
His name appeared on a paper stating Terri was PVS (permanent
vegetative state) but it was never signed by him. This was apparently
a fraudulent document.
During a 2002 medical evidentiary hearing, Dr. Victor Gambone
testified that he certified Terri as terminally ill so that she could
be placed in Woodside Hospice. When questioned under oath why, he said
it was because Michael told him to do so.

However, it states on the certificate that it is a verbal
certification, no signature. This would explain comment above. Must
be signed to be valid.
Testified before Judge Greer that Terri Schiavo was not PVS and

The Whole Megillah On Stalin’s Death
Taken from the New York Jewish Week. It is a good story
Before the apparent effort by political rivals to poison Ukrainian presidential
candidate Viktor Yuschenko last fall, there may have been the Purim poisoning of
Joseph Stalin.
Dr. Alexander Rashin, a biophysicist from the former Soviet Union who now lives in Teaneck, N.J, is convinced that the notorious Soviet dictator was poisoned by his closest political close associates on March 1,1953, and did not die of natural causes, as has long been believed. Rashin published a book in 2003 titled “Why Didn’t Stalin Murder All the Jews?” (Liberty Press) in which he asserted that Stalin, who caused the deaths of an estimated 20 million Soviet citizens during his bloody 30-year rule, was probably poisoned by a number of his henchmen, including KGB chief Lavrenti Beria and Stalin’s successors as dictator, Georgy Malenkov and Nikita Khruschev. They all may have feared that Stalin was about to have them arrested and shot. Malenkov and Khruschev had Beria shot several months later.
Since publishing his book, Rashin has assembled new scientific evidence that the medical symptoms Stalin manifested after suffering his stroke could not have occurred naturally. Rashim cites testimony by Dr. Yuri Polotsky, a specialist in pathologies of infectious deceases, once a senior scientist in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) and today retired and living in Baltimore. Polotsky investigated Stalin’s death and wrote, “I previously never heard about cardiac hemorrhages following a hemorrhaging stroke … [Stalin’s stroke] is strange and atypical. I doubt that such cases are known even statistically.” Polotsky said the death “looks suspicious.”
His daughter-in-law, Dr. Hannah Polotsky, attending physician at the Department of Medicine at the Montefiore Medical Center, also investigated Stalin’s death and said that a stroke victim “would not have bled from all organs” as Stalin did, unless the stroke was [intentionally] caused by blood thinners or something else.” She added that Stalin did not exhibit “any signs or symptoms of sepsis that would have explained his multi-organ hemorrhages.”
Rashin, who has become observant since coming to America in 1982, advocates that Jews celebrate a Purim katan, a special Purim, every year because Stalin’s death saved the entire Jewish population of the Soviet Union from being shipped into a brutal
exile and near-certain death in Siberian
labor camps.
“According to an 800-year-old Jewish tradition,” Rashin said, “such deliverance should be celebrated as a special Purim in all generations on the day it happened according to the Jewish calendar, which in this case happens to be Purim itself. The sages considered such a deliverance to be a miracle and urged Jews to look for God’s hand in the development of human events.”

Dr. Alexander Rashin, a biophysicist from the former Soviet Union who now lives in Teaneck, N.J, is convinced that the notorious Soviet dictator was poisoned by his closest political close associates on March 1,1953, and did not die of natural causes, as has long been believed. Rashin published a book in 2003 titled “Why Didn’t Stalin Murder All the Jews?” (Liberty Press) in which he asserted that Stalin, who caused the deaths of an estimated 20 million Soviet citizens during his bloody 30-year rule, was probably poisoned by a number of his henchmen, including KGB chief Lavrenti Beria and Stalin’s successors as dictator, Georgy Malenkov and Nikita Khruschev. They all may have feared that Stalin was about to have them arrested and shot. Malenkov and Khruschev had Beria shot several months later.
Since publishing his book, Rashin has assembled new scientific evidence that the medical symptoms Stalin manifested after suffering his stroke could not have occurred naturally. Rashim cites testimony by Dr. Yuri Polotsky, a specialist in pathologies of infectious deceases, once a senior scientist in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) and today retired and living in Baltimore. Polotsky investigated Stalin’s death and wrote, “I previously never heard about cardiac hemorrhages following a hemorrhaging stroke … [Stalin’s stroke] is strange and atypical. I doubt that such cases are known even statistically.” Polotsky said the death “looks suspicious.”
His daughter-in-law, Dr. Hannah Polotsky, attending physician at the Department of Medicine at the Montefiore Medical Center, also investigated Stalin’s death and said that a stroke victim “would not have bled from all organs” as Stalin did, unless the stroke was [intentionally] caused by blood thinners or something else.” She added that Stalin did not exhibit “any signs or symptoms of sepsis that would have explained his multi-organ hemorrhages.”
Rashin, who has become observant since coming to America in 1982, advocates that Jews celebrate a Purim katan, a special Purim, every year because Stalin’s death saved the entire Jewish population of the Soviet Union from being shipped into a brutal
exile and near-certain death in Siberian
labor camps.
“According to an 800-year-old Jewish tradition,” Rashin said, “such deliverance should be celebrated as a special Purim in all generations on the day it happened according to the Jewish calendar, which in this case happens to be Purim itself. The sages considered such a deliverance to be a miracle and urged Jews to look for God’s hand in the development of human events.”
